Where We Travel
We're based at 9300 SE 91st Ave in Happy Valley, and most of our calls come from right around here. We also get out to Damascus, three miles off, and Oatfield at four miles, along with Gladstone, Jennings Lodge, and Oak Grove, all within a six-mile stretch. Boring sits seven miles out, and we cover that run too.
Closer in, we handle Rock Creek a mile east, West Mount Scott three miles to the WNW, and the North Clackamas area four miles WSW. If you're in Lents, Brentwood-Darlington, or the Centennial area, those are within five miles and part of our normal day.
We'll travel further for the right job - Fairview, Stafford, and Troutdale at eight and nine miles, Sandy at twelve - but call first and tell us what the door is doing. If you're well outside this list, we'd rather tell you that up front than drive out and find the job doesn't make sense for us to take.

What Comes Next
Call the number below and tell us what the door is actually doing - won't open, makes a bang, opener runs but nothing moves, that kind of thing. We'll ask a few questions on the phone: how old the door is, whether it's one panel or two, and whether anything looks bent or snapped. That tells us what to bring.
Most homes around here were built somewhere between 1964 and 2003, with a lot of that stock going up in the 1970s, so we're usually dealing with torsion springs and openers from that era rather than anything brand new. If your door and opener don't match what we expect for a house that age, say so - it changes what we load on the truck.
We'll give you a rough window for when we can get there. We don't do same-day for everything; if a part has to be ordered, we'll tell you that honestly rather than promise a date we can't keep. Once we're on site, we'll walk you through what's wrong before any work starts, not after.

How to Reach Us
Phone: 503-389-4712
Address: 9300 SE 91st Ave, Happy Valley, OR 97086
Calling is the fastest way to get a real answer, since garage door problems are hard to diagnose over text or email. If you can, have the door's age and a quick description of the noise or behavior ready when you call - it saves time for both of us.
We're set up to handle the mild, rarely-freezing winters typical of this part of Oregon, which mostly means steel doors and standard openers rather than anything built for deep cold. If your issue sounds electrical rather than mechanical - a dead opener board, for instance - tell us that too, since it's worth knowing before we show up.
Questions
Common questions
Do you come out to Damascus or Gladstone?
Yes. Damascus is about three miles from our shop and Gladstone is about five, so both are part of our regular coverage. Call and tell us the issue and we'll give you a realistic window for getting there.
How far will you drive for a repair?
We regularly cover areas out to about twelve miles, places like Sandy and Metzger. Beyond that, call first - we'd rather tell you honestly whether the trip makes sense than show up and guess.
What should I have ready when I call?
The door's rough age, whether it's a one-piece or sectional door, and what it's actually doing - stuck, noisy, opener running but door not moving. That's usually enough for us to know what to bring on the truck.
Do you work on older doors from the 1970s?
Most of the housing around Happy Valley went up between 1964 and 2003, so a good share of our calls are exactly that - older torsion spring setups and openers from that era. That's normal work for us, not a special case.
